Carrier’s Responsibility

We will deliver the goods documents in the package if requested by the customer. The carrier will not be responsible for the types of goods documents during the delivery process. The carrier will provide the Goods Delivery Receipt according to the Carrier’s own regulations.

Delivery process

Depending on the nature of the order and the special requirements of the Customer, we will use the delivery service of a third party (“Carrier”) including but not limited to: parcel delivery service of suppliers such as: VietNam Post, Viettel Post.

Delayed delivery

In case of delay in delivery, we or the carrier will promptly inform the customer and create an opportunity for the customer to cancel the order if desired.

We deliver goods to the location requested by the customer nationwide.

Maximum delivery time within 7 days

The time is calculated from the time you place the order until you receive the goods, excluding holidays or Saturdays and Sundays. During major events with a large increase in the number of orders, the delivery time may be extended depending on the actual situation, we hope you understand.

(*) In case of an epidemic or the delivery area is restricted according to the regulations of the state management agency, the brand has the right to refuse delivery.

(*) The order will be delivered to the customer’s home, except in cases such as: apartment/high-rise areas (only serving delivery at the foot of the building), restricted access areas (office areas with limited access, military areas, borders, …).
